Sourav Ganguli- The Bat “Dada”

7 Feb

My Cricket Tribute to Saurav Ganguli some other day, but since my whole Cricketers and Animal comparison hasn’t finished yet, here it is.

Saurav Ganguli is The Bat.

Why? Because he was not scary batsman than he looks, and I think his eye’s inability to work around day times is bit similar to Bat. I personally, think Ganguli’s batting has diminished at later part of his career due to his eye sight problem. If you see him, he is always blinking his eyes rapidly, and Bat, as we know, do their preying at night, by not through their eye, which is poorly developed. They send ultrasound. They use Echolocation System http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bat to move around and prey. Also, Ganguli’s inability bat on leg side, and Bat’s inability to prey during day is quite comparable as well.

Sourav Ganguli is The Bat

Ganguli has scared many people out side of Cricket like lot of people believe that Bat’s are very scary species and they attack during nights. In fact, they aren’t. As lot of people assume and at some point it’s true that many teams/people were scared of Dada. If he is/was harmless or not is a subjective judgement.

After all, he was one of the best ODI opener and leader India has ever had.
